If less than a year has passed since receiving your jewelry and a stone has fallen out, or a crack or break has occurred – we guarantee to repair any piece, except in cases of gold plating wear or hoop earrings.

Gold Plating
If some time has passed and the gold plating on your jewelry has scratched or worn off – it can be renewed at a relatively low cost!

At the moment, the studio does not offer gold plating services. If you'd like to renew the plating locally, we’d be happy to explain the process over the phone and recommend places that offer this service.

Hoop Earrings
Part of the charm of hoop earrings is that they have no clasp.
Repeated opening and closing, especially if done without care or at the wrong angle, may cause the hoop to break.
Please make sure to follow the usage instructions provided for hoop earrings.

Gold hoop earrings can be repaired if broken
(Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
