Exchange and return policy

Your satisfaction with Maya's jewelry is our top priority.
If you wish to return, exchange, or cancel an order, we’ll be happy to guide you through the process.

Handmade and Natural Materials
Our jewelry is crafted using natural materials (such as gemstones, diamonds, etc.), each one unique. Therefore, the piece you receive may differ slightly from the image shown. Since every item is handmade, slight imperfections may occur — this is part of the charm and uniqueness of our jewelry.

Custom Orders
All orders from our website are made-to-order and tailored to your specific size. As such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on certain items.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Custom-made items

  • Personalized engravings

  • Gold rings made to size

  • Items with custom stone changes or sizing

  • Special designs

  • Items that have been worn or used in any way

 

Return/Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 business days from the date of receipt, and will grant the customer store credit only (no refund — refunds are available only within 48 hours of purchase), provided the item was not used.
Refunds will be issued to the purchaser only, not the gift recipient.

Shipping, insurance fees, or credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
A 5% handling fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable credit card charges.
Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

The above policies do not apply to personalized or custom-made items as listed above.
If an error was made on our part or if there is a significant defect, we will correct it.

Important Note:
Accurate measurements of your finger size, wrist, or ankle circumference are crucial.
To avoid mistakes, feel free to contact us with any questions before placing your order. Please follow the sizing guide carefully.

Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges
In cases where a return or exchange is accepted, the customer will cover a symbolic shipping fee – ₪40 each way (₪80 total).
The customer is responsible for sending the item back to the studio or using our delivery service.
We’ll help coordinate the pickup of the return package.

Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable as they are a used service.
If an item is returned not in its original condition, the customer will bear the cost of depreciation.
Store credit will only be granted once the returned item is received and reviewed.

Repairs
We take full responsibility for repairs and strive to provide the best service possible.
If a repair or adjustment is needed, the customer is responsible for delivering the item to the studio or covering shipping costs
